GNUpodPL is a GUI (Gtk+) playlist editor for GNUpod. It's a quick "scratch-an-itch" program I wrote mostly for my own use -- a graphical way to edit standard GNUpod playlists. I like the fact that GNUpod is scriptable, but I sometimes also want to just browse songs and create playlists.

It's written in Perl, and uses the Mac::iPod::GNUpod and Gtk2 modules, both of which are available from CPAN. Obviously, you'll need to have GNUpod all set up already (though this script does not directly depend on the GNUpod scripts).

Note: This is a quick hack I wrote up over two days. The interface is not polished, and more importantly, it's not guaranteed not to blow away your GNUtunesDB.xml file. Make sure you've got a backup.
